2.1 Identity & Registration Data

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification document;
• Date of birth (used to verify the 21+ age requirement);
• Mobile phone number (used as your primary account identifier and for OTP verification);
• Email address (if provided during registration or account recovery);
• Username and encrypted password.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

• Copies of valid Philippine government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PRC ID, voter's ID);
• Proof of address documents where required;
• Selfie photographs submitted for liveness verification where applicable.

2.3 Financial & Transaction Data

• GCash account number or registered mobile number;
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) account details;
• Bank account details (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, or other Philippine bank) where used for deposits or withdrawals;
• Transaction history, including all deposits, withdrawals, bet placements, and bonus transactions;
• Wallet balance history.

2.4 Behavioral & Usage Data

• Games played, bet amounts, win/loss history, and session durations;
• Login timestamps and session activity logs;

oke8 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Payment processors: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment service providers, to process deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and liveness verification service providers who process identification documents on oke8's behalf.
• Game providers: JILI, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and other integrated game studios, for the purpose of delivering game services to your account.

• Account and KYC data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, in accordance with Philippine AML recordkeeping requirements.
• Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction.
• Customer support records are retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
• Marketing preference data is retained until you withdraw your consent or close your account.

Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with oke8's data disposal procedures.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in risk to your rights, oke8 will notify you and the NPC as required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by oke8:

• Essential cookies: Required for the oke8 Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in and security tokens that protect against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled without impairing your use of the platform.

The oke8 Platform integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and other service providers whose own privacy practices may differ from oke8's. Where third-party services are used on the oke8 Platform (such as game iframes delivered by JILI or Evolution Gaming), your interaction with those services may be subject to the privacy practices of those providers.

oke8 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers integrated into the platform. oke8 contractually requires all third-party processors to maintain appropriate data protection standards consistent with Philippine law.

12. International Data Transfers

Some of oke8's third-party service providers — including game providers and technical infrastructure partners — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, oke8 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, consistent with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers.

By using the oke8 Platform and providing your personal data, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries outside the Philippines where oke8's service providers operate, subject to the safeguards described in this section.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

oke8 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, oke8 will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect how we process your personal data, oke8 will notify registered members via in-platform message or email.

Your continued use of the oke8 Platform following notification of any amendment to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may request account closure by contacting oke8 customer support.
